Rooms were great smell great beds were comfortable. Employees were very nice. Always spoke greeted. I would stay back at this motel five stars. Everything was great.
Ansley gave 5 star customer service! Went out of her way to help me and had great communication with me the whole time. Our fishing trip got canceled last minute and she was able to assist me in canceling my reservation and rebooking with another holiday inn at a different location. Thank you Ansley!
This is a very nice hotel central to all the springs around Crystal River! The rooms were clean & quiet, and the pool is heated (tho we didn't get a chance to swim sadly). Tatum at check in was friendly, and helpful in giving us some local food recommendations. The only thing I didn't care for was that our TV only had local stations, so I ended up casting from my phone. Breakfast was a bit hectic, likely due to travel for the manatee festival, but staff was diligent making sure nothing stayed empty for long. I'd definitely stay here again!

Five stars all around for the Holiday Inn Express in Crystal River, Florida! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent, and our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The beds were perfect for a great night’s sleep, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping everything refreshed during our two-night stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the attentive staff truly went above and beyond with every detail. The location is close to everything—and I have to say, the shower was easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced in my life!
Tatum has such great customer service. She has been so pleasant from the time we called after booking to meeting her in person. She would make an excellent Manager. If you want somewhere nice to stay with many things to do in the area this is the place. The room was very clean. My husband and I are originally from Florida now we live in Georgia and this place is close to my family when we visit. We'll definitely come back here when we visit again. I needed emergency accommodation with my two dogs, and General Manager Chale Salzmann was very helpful in arranging our initial stay. We left the hotel two days later, but then that accommodation unexpectedly fell through. I called Chale in a panic and she helped arrange a longer stay for us. The rooms and hotel are very clean with no heavy fragrances, the hot breakfasts quite good, the beds comfortable, and the pet friendliness exemplary, with a very large pet area outside. Chale’s compassion and the kindness of all staff have been greatly appreciated during this very stressful time.
